Thoroughbred Advocacy, Retraining and Placement (TARP). Bright Futures Farm has been helping horses in need for over fifteen years. We acquire Thoroughbreds directly from the track, from private owners, and unfortunately, sometimes we need to rescue them. We try to get them before they end up neglected or at an auction. After initial vetting, we provide training for those that are capable of a new discipline, and we provide shelter/sanctuary for those that are not. We are one of only two charities in the U.S. that actively provide retirement for senior stallions.
