501c3 nonprofit rehab/retrain/rehome horses only, focus on mares. CWER is a 501c3 nonprofit horse rescue located in east center IL. We rescue, rehabilitate, retrain and rehome horses of all sizes, types and breeds, with a primary focus on mares but also handling some geldings. We have a heavy focus upon training/retraining projects and also starvation rehabilitation. Each our horses is thoroughly evaluated for past training, natural skills/talents, and jobs they genuinely enjoy, then the right home is found to fit the horse.
