Horse rescue, rehabilitation, adoption, and sanctuary service. Founded in 2006 in south central KY, MVR is a 100% volunteer organization dedicated to the one goal at hand... To rehabilitate, re-school & re-home unwanted, neglected, mistreated & misunderstood equines. To place them in permanent, loving, forever homes. We understand the commitment it takes to be a good horse owner. Anyone can buy or even be given a horse, but unfortunately not so many intend to be his life long partner. Here at Mountain View Rescue, all our horses are assured they will never be forgotten.
