Non-profit rescue and retirement organization that retrains OTTBs. The Oklahoma Thoroughbred Retirement Program (OTRP) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization started by a veteran group of Oklahoma horsemen concerned about the future of ex-racehorses. We are in our 10th year of operation. The OTRP is dedicated to providing new opportunities to Oklahoma Thoroughbred racehorses that have finished their racing careers.
