A rescuing hand for horses.
Rescue and rehab in the Texas Panhandle. We take in horses, ponies, mules, and donkeys that have been abused, neglected, or that can no longer be cared for by their owners. After they are healthy, we place them in approved homes with contracts. We work with law enforcement and the public. WE ARE A 501c3 ORGANIZATION, all volunteer. We have been in operation since Sept. 2003
