Equine Rescue, Rehab, Retraining and Rehoming based in NC!. Race To Ring, Inc. {dba Race2Ring} is a 501c3 non-profit, GFAS-verified organization whose mission is to provide professional rescue, rehabilitation, retraining, and placement for ex-performance horse athletes ? including but not limited to ? off-the-track Thoroughbreds (OTTBs), sport horses, show jumpers, hunters, eventers, dressage horses, lesson horses, western pleasure horses and more. The goal is to place these horses in qualified partnerships so that they may reach their full potential in a productive second career, dually providing a horse-human relationship for people in need. Upon graduation of each equine from the program, Race2Ring screens qualified partnerships through an application process, placing horses into new careers with approved adopters, Love.Lease.Ride.Show applicants or equine-assisted programs. Additionally, Race2Ring provides community outreach to educate the public about the Thoroughbred and performance horse industries, equine-assisted therapies and the horse-human research connection to engage them in our mission. We are wholly dedicated to fueling the horse-human connection through equine rescue, rehabilitation, retraining and rehoming.
