501(3)(C) Equine Rescue. The rescue facility is home to more than 60 retired thoroughbred horses that were injured or not fast enough in their racing careers. Some are as young as 2 years old and some as old as 30+. Our facility has horses from all over the country. Most of our horses are from the Fairmont Racetrack which is located just east of St. Louis, Missouri. We also have a couple of Team Valor horses. The ranch has some special needs horses, including 2 blind horses. We are a ?no kill? facility that feels horses have given so much to humans that we owe them a second chance.
