Second Chance Ranch is a division of the Helping PAWS Pet Rescue, and serves the upper mid-west, with the sole mission to stop the suffering of companion animals (cats, dogs, horses, etc) caused by homelessness, overpopulation, mistreatment and more. Our main Rescue is based in Washburn, Wisconsin, but we serve the entire midwest area - Minnesota, North & South Dakota, Iowa & Wisconsin. Our horses are located in Rhame, ND and we have transportation available.
