Equine Therapy Positions for Horses. Desert Dove Farm is an equine therapy program that gives horses a second career. We have rescue horses that have found a permanent home in helping youth and families improve their lives. At times we have taken horses that this job is not suitable for and we help them continue their search for a forever home.
