Saving Valuable Horses! Heroes for horses in need!. We are a 501 (c) 3 non-profit corporation. The main Sanctuary is located in southwestern Missouri with affiliate foster homes in Arkansas, Georgia and Wisconsin. We rescue all types of horses from neglect, abandonment, and the kill pen. Currently we have several Curly horses, BLM Mustangs, also Arabians, Thoroughbreds, Warmbloods, Appaloosas. We train volunteers and Veterans in horse-handling and horse-schooling at no charge. Most horses at the Sanctuary are available for adoption to approved homes. After two years of certified proper care, full title is transferred. This is an excellent way to obtain a sound, sane, well-schooled horse for a fraction of its worth, and do good in the Universe at the same time!
