Equine Rescue. Triple "L" Horse Rescue is a 501(c)3, non-profitchorse rescue. We are run solely by volunteers and funded by donations and fundraisers. Located in Hilliard, Florida. TLHR has rescued horses from neglect, starvation, abandonment and/or those out of financial or health challenges.
